Three different outplacement options are offered. All programs are designed for each client's demographics, needs, time constraints and budget. More detailed descriptions of the programs and services are provided as needed.
Outplacement Options
Level 1: Overview Package
This one-day overview package includes basic knowledge and skills needed to get a job. The basic information is presented to groups of up to 30 individuals.
Level 2: Intermediate Package
This package helps participants through the emotional turmoil (of shock, a sense of helplessness and anxiety, resistance and anger) accompanying a job loss, as well as provide knowledge and skills needed to attain and maintain employment.
Level 3: Professional/Executive Package
This package is designed to help participants through every step of the transition process. Participants' intellectual, interpersonal, emotional and employment needs are addressed.
